How exactly is the current mdpd command staff representative of the county's demographics?
Whites- 66.6%
Black or African American- 22.30%
The current black mdpd command staff far exceeds the 22% they represent in the community. Way to go Gimenez!
Patterson's last hoorah and dynasty will be remembered by his unfair promotional practices of pushing incompetent blacks up the chain.
What's interesting is they're mostly females. That part definitely is an accurate representation of their community which lacks competent, responsible men. Oh wait, the hug a thug failure was meant to resolve that. We were supposed to turn them around and mentor them into mdpd command staff material. It's all clear now.
I will be saving the $75 for the upcoming retirement party for something more useful like buying a new cigar lighter.
However I will still celebrate the occasion as the end of a very dark and unproductive period for the mdpd. Thank God for retirement. Sorry for you newbies or to those with several years still left.

Actually, Gady did not get kicked out of Narcotics. He is actually pretty competent.

Promotions
Things only get funnier from here on. These people are not even trying to disguise the fact that they are promoting their unqualified friends anymore. Now it's flat out blatant and in your face! From Sergeant to major in 4 years?
Maybe we're wrong. Maybe it's just that they really really hated the female cop that he shot while she was wearing a police uniform. Who knows? Can't wait for the next promotions to see what other buddies will get a promotion.

You act like he shot her on purpose. Get that chip off your shoulder and just worry about yourself. He has to live with that fact not you, so let him lead. He's a great leader
