Fort myers shutting down
What’s up in Fort Myers? Still short half their agents, AA2 left, and know I heard all of auditing quit and two licensing people including the supervisor left today. Is this worth fixing or should Tampa just take over the counties?

It’s $$$$$$$$. The licensing supervisor left for a much higher paying job in the private sector that isn’t even a supervisory role. The auditing supervisor left for a job double his salary in the private sector.
We pay 39k to start for sworn and require two years exp but every department around us starts at 44 or higher with a step plan so how can we recruit people with those odds.

Exit interview
Pay is not the reason everyone has left FTM. But DBPR would rather hire twenty people for the same entry level position than deal with one supervisor.
