Lee Williams, really? Why didn't you mention Col Hoffman's past with CCSO and the whole gas thing? It is ironic that this man is allowed to pass judgement on others for lying. Wonder why they didn't have Captain John Walsh talk about the boys lying? Maybe because he lied too under an IA investigation. Does that mean that Walsh needs the Brady thing too? Maybe we need a Brady thingy for the entire agency at this point. This agency is a f-ing disaster. Thanks Tom. Quick more kitten pics call the facebook lady and have her spin some false shit on fakebook.

According to this article, Dan Tutko is a good runner-up to explain to the media how things are done:

Dan, isn't that right? Kurt, what are your thoughts about all of this? Is your hand clean -- or lubed?

What were your circumstances?
Look who kept their jobs AND then got promoted by Knight (some are now retired):
- Kurt Hoffman, colonel
- John Walsh, captain
- Kevin McElyea, captain
- Ron Locke, captain
- Dan Tutko, lieutenant
- [insert MORAL CHARACTER mention here]
After looking at their MORAL CHARACTER records, would you promote them? Knight did! Do you remember Dan Tutko's documented MORAL CHARACTER issue? The whistle-blower who ratted out Tutko was punished by Knight and was transferred out of the elite K9 unit! Is that how MORAL CHARACTER issues are addressed by Knight? Yes... and that's why the agency is upside down.
Only those in Knight's politically appointed inner circle get special protections and promotions. Just look at all of their records! lol However, the little deputies in the trenches are written up for absolutely ridiculous infractions because Knight falsely believes that it makes it look like he's publicly cleaning up the agency. Rubbish. However, that lie isn't working out so well -- and everyone knows it.
Do you want to see real dirt? Then look at the documented MORAL CHARACTER records that are in public view in media reports because Knight cannot bury them.
FDLE has two words that describe the 2nd floor: MORAL CHARACTER (deficiencies).

perjury should equal decertification!
In that these deputies were found to have committed official perjury, why isn't Sheriff Knight forwarding this to FDLE for decertification? Perjury is automatic decertification by FDLE! Why is he protecting this group of misfits?

No perjury occurred. Confidential information does not have to be disclosed to civilian attorneys during a deposition.
There is only one question: What is the legal way to conceal confidential information from a public defender during a deposition? That is the question!
There is a right way and a wrong way to conceal confidential information. The deputies did it the wrong way, but that's an administrative error and it's not the crime of perjury. The deputies hid the confidential information during a deposition, but they did it the wrong way. That doesn't mean it's perjury. Oh contrare!
In the end, it's a "training mistake" e.g. the deputies were not properly trained in how to legally conceal confidential information from the civilian public defender.
The only thing that should be forwarded to FDLE are the histories of Tom Knight and his appointed senior staff, to include Kurt Hoffman! Double Doh!
