Apparently impairment runs rampant in St Petersburg among City traffic development staff and with enforcement efforts as they can't identify a proper school zone.

However, within the hour City Council and the Mayor are holding a hearing on the issue.

By the way, with the wrongdoing involved my record is able to be vacated. But this story is not over.

I am not a "bull in a china shop" and verified everything with the Senate Transportation committee and it took years to get to this point. You better check your facts.

Here we go confusing facts and truth again.

#1) I never said anything about an officer's color. Which means you are more intimately involved than you would lead this forum to believe.

#2) It is against regulations to take a detained a motorist "off camera". Fortunately, what is said can still be heard.

#3) It is a violation of state law in not releasing complete records when a public records request was made not once but twice in 2011.

#4) An officer who has been involved in his third crash should have an investigation when the second was of such a nature as to warrant the penalty of having his vehicle removed for 18 months.

#5) Along with the new Chief there is a new IA chief. . . . and I have yet to make my complaint . . . waiting for the rest of the records that are now finally being released.

#6) I'm afraid of the big bad wolf.
