Facts? The only facts the public have been presented with is the photo? The hand has no contact with arm, only the fingernails that are dug into the child's arm. I know for a fact that any physical contact with a student in the Highlands County School District policy forbids any type of corporal punishment by a employee. How's that for facts? Good grief, drama really does seem to follow the Avon Park City Council around.

That is the pic everyone is up in arms about? OMG!!! That kid is a ginger. Most have a red tint to their skin and when you apply any pressure, it turns white. It is a capillary issue. Some of you are getting headaches for thinking you are much smarter than you are and that you are elite law enforcement which is a joke. If that were the case, this continuing nonsense would have already concluded. Alright you vultures, time to find another carcass to chew on. Move along.

Do you mind explaining why the hand has no contact with arm and only the fingernails? Why are wolverine's arm muscles fully flexed? Why is wolverine touching the child in the first place? Their handbook online states that they do not practice corporal punishment and it also states that it's against the law! That's coming from their own words! Go deflect and try to cast doubt elsewhere! Your sick in the head in trying to justify wolverine's behavior. My guess is that you have vested interests in the business and you most likely profit in some way! Wolverine is wrong, and broke the law! No one is above the law!

😆 Wolverine! A courtesy escort gone bad! 😂 😂 This incident didn't get reported until fairly recent. By the time it got to the elected office, the sister's had all their ducks in a row and as usual, an attorney was involved! This is not the only incident of them being involved in some sort of wrong doing or shady unethical type of behavior! We obviously have a Leo on here who either has a child in this daycare or is a self appointed lawyer that represents team Anderson, who also dreams of having a PA designation behind their name! Can't wait for the open face turkey sandwiches in the coming days!

Most likely not child abuse, at minimum, it's felony battery (2nd Degree) due to the victim being a minor and the hand has no contact with the arm, only the fingernails (enhancer) which has the potential to cause great bodily harm! The fingernails along with muscle flex is the intent! I hope to God your not a sworn LEO! If you are, your dictation is terrible and your ability to observe and articulate is ubiquitous. If you are a Detective, I just wrote your PC affidavit.

You wrote an affidavit that doesn't have probable cause and has spelling errors. Congratulations.
(1) A person commits felony battery if he or she:
(a) Actually and intentionally touches or strikes another person against the will of the other; and
(b) Causes great bodily harm, permanent disability, or permanent disfigurement.
I've yet to see where there is "great bodily harm, permanent disability, or permanent disfigurement". You have to meet both A and B to get felony battery.

First off, you keep digging a bigger hole by reposting the photo. Your ability to use self doubt and deflection as a third party opinion is actually making it worse for these women who never reported the incident and deny any type of wrong doing occurred. Thank God the publication posted the photo. That way, Miss Candice Anderson will never lay a hand on any child ever again.
She might've escaped any criminal prosecution or punishment, but rest assured, this incident will resonate forever and make her accountable for her nasty violent temper. This incident has obviously struck a nerve with some of us who took an oath to serve and protect. The term "ginger" speaks volumes where your brain is, both socially and mentally. Coming on here and bashing law enforcement in any capacity proves you are not law enforcement.
