    So he'll get a PBA attorney involved because he's afraid of competition, but not for our contract negotiations with the city?

    This is from the PBA website:

    "...a PBA team consisting of officers from your agency, a PBA attorney and another PBA negotiator schedule meetings with management to begin the process of writing a professional contract that improves your pay, benefits and other workplace conditions."

    He refused to use an attorney because he can pocket the money the PBA gave him for an attorney for his own personal use.

    He’s honest and unlike the PBA he returns calls.
