Warning!
Im extremely concern with Ortiz recent inappropriate behavior, comments, demeanor and appearance. I strongly suggest that everyone be in high alert. I recommend that all his high power weapons and firearm be confiscated and that he be sent to do a drug test and mental evaluation. This guy is a time bomb.

Well if his ROD like everyone else he should have the following restrictions which he did not have last time he was relieved of duty. Matter of fact he has a current cip investigation that he was working UM hospital off duty when he was ROD last time and allowed to check out his weapon at the property unit. Incredible!
He shouldn't be allowed on the following.
No city firearms or high power weapons
No keys to the swat locker or there equipment. Including explosives
No take home car or motorcycle
Unable to use the marine boat or the helicopter
No police Identification, station access card or police uniforms
No off duties work
Work schedule should be mon-Friday 8-4pm.
Required to call In everyday at 10am-2pm
Home checks
No incentive pay that means that 15% pay for swat / Bomb squad gone
No cell phone or clothing allowance

Yeah... call Major Carr and verify... oops.. my bad, she was demoted and sent to communications. Also, isn't a conflict of interest that she now is the supervisor of her husband? Let me guess, cant move him because it is racist.
