Use of Names Is Not a Violation of Terms of Use
Contrary to popular belief, the use of names is not a violation of the Terms of Use. It is the context in which the name is used that makes it a violation or not. If anyone has any questions please feel free to contact me.

The real reason that we can't have the Ten Commandments posted in a
courthouse is this: You cannot post "Thou Shalt Not Steal," "Thou Shalt
Not Commit Adultery," and "Thou Shall Not Lie" in a building full of
lawyers, judges and politicians...It creates a hostile work environment.

What happened to the Rongish post? I think it's funny how some names get deleted quick while the libel involving other names are never touched. Keep up the good work.

Have you ever heard the saying "The squeaky wheel gets the grease?" Well when a post gets reported, then the moderator(s) of the board, staff moderators, and myself get an email of that report. Someone from that list then checks that post to see if it violates the Terms of Use. If it does then it gets deleted.
This is the case with the post you asked about. It was reported, it violated the Terms of Use, and it was deleted.
If you see other posts that you think violate the Terms of Use, the question you should be asking is to yourself, why haven't you reported them? Here's the link to the page that tells in detail how to do it. https://www.leoaffairs.com/%20abuse-and-violations/

Where is the Cpt Cendan post?
I have made 2 posts about this Captain and I never cursed or said anything bad. He has had heart attacks and is still a pilot. Why are you deleting the posts?
