Now they just show up at Holloway's "community" meetings to get their fix.

It's for real. I used google news, "sovereign citizen" and this came up just today...... Retired leo. They have networks, this guy's not far away. Some are smart enough not to use the term s.c. to avoid getting caught. Go by what they do.
