I think the 1st day in the office as Chief you need to fire this Light Duty Police Officer who got arrested and convicted for Cocaine Possession at the age of 19! How Sweetwater hired him without checking this is beyond me. But he's now thumbing his nose at the system and just sitting back and seeing where the shoe drops. HE LIED ON HIS APPLICATION!!! NOW WHAT?
