Either you are a Midnight Slug and don't like a sergeant who expects you to work or you got passed over for sergeant and think it should be you running the show. Either way, boo hoo hoo. I'm not sure why midnight shift gets 10% differential, it certainly isn't for the quantity of work they perform.

Come on now we all know that everybody Car 1 selected to be a supervisor is fantastic. Just ask him and he will tell you the stories of greatness he has surrounded himself with. Remember this' your only good when producing stats after that your of really no use to the administration. 30 percent worker bees get 90 percent of work done 70 percent fill in gaps and play games on their lap tops all day or sleep in their office or cars.
