Great video losers...way to make your attorneys look like liars claiming that you showed remorse, and have taken responsibility for your actions.

You did not even come close to taking responsibility, in fact you showed "everyone" the exact opposite. You blamed "EVERYONE" else for your own actions. You two are psychopath's. Plain and simple.

240 hours or less to go before you face the judge you have basically called a liar and that he forced a verdict, if you had any intelligence you would have googled Judge Middlebrooks and seen that he is in fact one of the fairest judges in the federal system.

Here is a few things to remember

1) nobody cares what got this investigation going, fact remains you were selling guns without a license. You lied on your taxes. You lied on an official form when buying machine gun parts. You stole firearm parts that was slated for destruction

YOU WERE CONVICTED BY A JURY OF YOUR PEERS!!!

2) nobody cares if one of the Golden Beach officers filed the complaint. Even if they did, isn't that the same thing you did with the MDSAO? The difference being you had to lie as well as the investigators had to lie and commit perury to get your" percievedf" enemies charged.

3) evidence of this is the golden beach guys were charged in January and April of 2011. Let me see the state continues to ask for continuances, in hopes of the statue of limitations to run out for the investigators that lied and committed perjury. Very shortly it will be 3 years and counting.

4) you on the other hand, were arrested in December of 2012 and became convicted felons on October 4th, 2013. If my calculations are correct that is 10 months from arrest to conviction.
The difference is the Federal Agents had a rock solid case against you and the states case is full of lies and "ommissions" of a "MATERIAL" nature .

That is the reason MDPD no longer wants to prosecute this case, FDLE on they other hand wants to move forward in a futile attempt to protect their lying agent!!! A move that is opening them up to greater liability.

With that said, you my friends have less than 240 hours of freedom left!!!

This post is so true, right to the point, how stupid and idiotic could they all have been. To put it down in black and white. So basically they tried to change the laws with a stroke of their pen. They better hope that it is only civilly they will be responsible although it very well may be criminal.
