See, you’re making an assumption that is what he meant and we all know what happens when you assume. When you look at the whole statement State test doesn’t make any sense. Cameron stated that he failed the police exam so many times he was banned from applying to the academy. Unless Ed did something really strange you usually take the State Test after the academy. I don’t know if it’s still true but at one time if you failed the State test to many times you had to re-attend a state certified academy. Failing the test though wouldn’t prevent you from attending the academy it would require you to attend. State test just doesn’t fit. I did hear from one of the older guys that the CCSO once had their own test that they would administer to candidates wanting the office to put them through the academy someone that’s been here longer than I would have to verify this. If it’s true that may be the test Cameron is referring to. There I go assuming though. The only one that can answer the question is Cameron, or Ed. As Pope’s team has not volunteered any information that would reflect negative on him I guess I’ll wait for Cameron.

Looks like EP completed the academy, was more than a civilian, and completed the FTO progran. I am sure that is what Cameron said right? And pick up your own verbage.
