Point is that vacant positions should be "open" and interviews for the spot should be conducted. Morale was garbage during the last administration because of backdoor deals like this. Word is that the new Sheriff doesnt like postings on this board.

Stop the backdoor deals and the postings will stop.

The raise and promotion will come in October after the budget is presented. You may be able to fool the public but Deputies are not convinced this "change" is permanent.
