We voted to have teamster as our new union

I wonder if you can answer me how you all like teamster. We have been PBA forever as Probation Officers and now we voted to go to teamster. While I did not vote for them I will join them . I like many have a firearm and to not have leagal representation is nuts. I wonder how the contract negoiation have been, how is there legal, how long you all been teamsters are you happy. We do have the option to stay pba for legal and grievances or disipline . PBA want the same dues as before . Not sure whatto do here and thought i would ask other LEO what they like or do not like on teamsters. thanks

thanks I had not looked at it previously to posting. I am just glad I have less then 2 years left. I will Join them for protection but that is it.
