And the commissioner's response in the Tampa paper yesterday didn't inspire a lot of confidence either. I wish he'd stick up for the consumer services side as mush as he does for the Ag side.

Be gone with Consumer Services! Not enouugh teeth in the laws, to much goes into making arrest on stuff courts laugh at with those joke penalites they do have. Trim it down, with those left here after FRS changes force most out, put civilians on the interstates with minimal LEO support, move investigations back under DOF and animal industry or give them away to another agency.
