    Apparently if you are a member it is free according to the registration as it is 100.00 dollars.
    Non-members is 200.00 dollars, so is this a sales drive for membership or what?
    Thats the way I read it, I do not know of to many deputies that would be members of a police organization such as this.
    Hopefully I am wrong about all of this because I would like to go.
