Underfunded it and were forced by the Fed's to bring it up to date !

My condonlences and prayers go out to these officers families and friends. As a member of the blue family it saddens me deeply that some people have no regards what so ever for human life let alone a police officer doing his job. Here in New York we had 2 slain officers in the past month. We have to thank the Lord everyday we come back into our homes in one piece. Stay safe out there brothers.
