From what I hear, the officers found out the lockdown had been lifted from the school loudspeakers. The order to lift the lockdown came from SB 1. Ask the Lts and Sgts who were there. Ask the officers. Chief, maybe next time you should take the time to call the soldiers on the ground before you lift a lockdown from 30 miles away. GET OFF YOUR ASSSSS AND DO SOME POLICE WORK!
