THE ALLEGED RACIAL "NOOSE" AT THE SOUTH STATION !

As a retiree,of the MPD , this "HANGMANS NOOSE" FIASCO at the south

station has to be ,"without any doubt"!!!!!! ,the most ludicrous , idiotic,

and most of all "embarrassing" , MPD situation, that I have ever seen, it's

total, ignorant rubbish !

It is hard to believe that I.S. (now I.A.) would be drawn

into such a ridiculous hoax ! Look closely at the alleged "NOOSE" !

(Look at the picture, it's pathetic,a couple of shoe laces tied to a

toilet booth rail, thats all it is ! For Christ sake, where is this guys mind !

#1 it does not resemble a true "HANGMANS NOOSE". Because It's not!

An actual,gallows noose, has at least 13 (bad luck) turns around the main

rope. Thats a hang-mans noose ? Thats a fact,google it ! That is nothing

but an old

Boy Scout(and maritime/ sailor) slip knot,(maybe not even that, Actually,

It's just

some

sneaker laces tied up inside a toilet, that some individual(maybe the

janitor)

crafted while he was sitting on the throne,as he was most probably

constipated,and bored, and was recalling yesteryear,and his knot tying

days in the Boy Scouts. Face it , it's nothing more than an pair of old

sneaker laces, tied to a

hand rail in a disabled stall,with a loop on it. BUT NOW the truth ! : I

believe a very small midget

police officer, 2 feet 4 inches (no more P.O. height requirements) was

contemplating

suicide ! Now do you believe that one ?

Who says it's racist ? Since when does a noose

become racist. Remember hang,em high,with Clint Eastwood ? Thats even

if it was a noose,which as previously explained,

as any FOOL can see it's not. Ever go fishing ? This is how you tie a hook

on. Ever go boating, and secure your mooring lines ? How about

camping,as a boy scout ? A lassoo ? What type of

knotted rope does that look like Gee, maybe folks will get locked

up,because their, cast and mooring lines on their boats,resemble noose's !

It's a slip knot ! It's not even THAT ! It's a couple of old shoe laces,just

tied to a handicapped

toilet stall rail. Actually it's nothing at all, except some guy ( Sgt

Marshall ? is that right ? ) Believed in HIS MIND that this was some sort of

symbol,waiting, "just for him" (by the way is he handicapped ?) inside

the handicapped stall.And then proceeded to alert the WORLD ! Oh yes !

No doubt about it . Someone figured out that Sgt Marshall

would go into that handicapped stall, just at that time,and see the alleged

shoe laces ! By the way in the old west,they hanged many folks,mainly

horse thieves, and all through out history, most were white. Just what

makes it a black thing ? Oh yea, it was JUST arranged for Sgt Marshall !!!

Because someone knows,and times, his bowel movements,and his

personal habits, oh yea,PLEASE GIVE ME A BREAK ! !

How about if it was Halloween decoration ? Get the point ?

It seems to me, that someone wants to become famous over this,and

many,folks like the news media,who are just waiting to bring discredit to

the MPD any chance they get, love stuff like this ! Sgt Marshall should

hang his head in

shame, over this (no pun intended !) What a sensationalist he is ! On the

other hand, as I remember, people like this they actually get promoted or

transfered to a cushy job just to shut them up or hide them.


Others are just climbing on the bandwagon just to see how far they can

go. What if an individual did it themselves,just to create a debacle,and

make everyone look like a fool, and bring discredit to the Dept. What

should really happen is T$$$$$ should write Marshall a reprimand for

exercising poor judgement, for making something out of "ABSOLUTELY

NOTHING" ! Now THAT would be keepin it real ! But you know that wont

happen. I would not work anywhere close to this individual, you can

easily tell where his mind is at ! Some times I am ashamed to say I was

a Miami cop. This is

one of those times. I am disgusted with Sgt Marshall ,for coming up with

this hair brained, idea of his . And even more disgusted that the Dept,and

some Union leaders,are believing it !!!!!!!

That would do no good,maybe you just touched them while you were in there.

The whole point to this is,someone wants to create a situation,out of nothing at all. Maybe they want to attract attention to themselves,and get promoted !

A report was made of this incident and ID responded and photographed the vestibule. IA also responded and opened an investigation. Today, there was a ceiling tile removed. Next thing they will probably install a camera in there to "catch" the poor individual. Of course it's normal to practice tying knots when you are sitting on the throne. Personally, I think that they ought to install a magazine rack in there, i.e., Field and Stream anyone?

They did! Both the shoes string and noose were meticulously brushed for epithelial. Extracted skin cells will be process for DNA; once DNA exemplars are developed, search warrants will be sought!
