Hiring meeting
Does anyone know what goes on inside these meetings? Do the executive staff agree to hire all the applicant placed in front of them or do they pick certain ones. Thanks.

Dear Guest.
There are no section 8's issued to my Police Dept.
Although we have enough officers to keep my City safe...
We don't let them go ~ no matter how crazy we make them......

The grown-up answer to your question is:
The hiring meeting occurs once a month. In attendance are the three Assistant Chiefs, The Chief, Kimberly Taylor from Employment, the Polygrapher, the Psychologist and the Training Major. The discussion involves the background, the psych report and poly results. Each A/C then makes a recommendation to ya or nay an applicant. The Chief makes the final decision. The applicant is not there.
