    email stats

I wonder if the staff realize that by breaking down patrol stats at the officer level and requiring sgts and lts to email them up the chain - that this gives sptimes/citizens easy access to the stats via sunshine law.

    Monthly Officer Stats

Here's exactly what Management's NEW weekly/monthly report wants to be accounted for each and every officer:

    # of Felony arrests
    # of Misd. arrests
    # of Drug arrests
    # of written reports
    # of NRs
    # of hrs spent Writing reports
    # of FIRs
    # of Moving citations
    # of Non-Moving citations
    # of CPAFs
    # of hrs spent on Dp's
    # of hrs spent on Backups

Does any PATROL OFFICER think that this report will truly reflect:
ALL that you do during your shift ?

If not .... you better start speaking up!

I see lots of our time not accounted for.
Management has a reason to only ask for these stats.
    Ask yourselves WHY?

Chucky's Response to the City Council in regards to the Matrix Report was delayed for 30 days. 2+2 still equals 4. A Rebuttal by management is being formed, based on the above statistics. Which do not reflect what we do !
