At what point does someone become bad, as in "dirty" "corrupt"? Who is lower? The criminal, or the one who wears a badge and commits crime with an ID card and a badge in their pocket? At least one doesnt hide behind the color of law, or an office, or department. Where on the scale of rat does a member of the group who had no problem being part of the "in crowd" for the good times, just gets verbal diarrhea? This is just a general discussion question, hypothetical in nature. Im writing a book on cowards and criminals in law enforcement.
