yes the new recruits work hard, but think how good they really could be if the training program, the leadership, and the moral were better. They do good because they are still to young and eager to care about all the other stuff yet.

recruiting for TTPD
According to one of the officers who left here, Ken Albano did ask them to put in an app with TTPD. The officer for his own reasons put in with another agency and was hired.
As was pointed out earlier. if you don't apply, you won't be hired.

Maybe you should reread the post or take a course in comprehending English if you are unable to understand.
This was in answer to an earlier post regarding whether Albano ever asked anyone about putting an application in with TTPD.
Grow up and don't put inflammatory comments that fail to match the intent of the post. It gives people reading this the idea every Officer here has the same low IQ you are displaying.

Please show some intelligence and actually respond to the post instead of writing two lines which apear to have came from a movie you watched last night. If you are unable to do this, it would be preferable if you didn't interact with the adults.
