well since FDLE or FBI won't say it, congrats to Pinellas PArk PD for the critical information and identification of Band Aid, which the others took credit for. I am proud of all of our Detectives and Officers who were invovled.

I think the post said it was from another board.

I saw a lot of the media and read most of it this morning. There is no secret that the break in the case came when the Pinellas Park business owner contacted the Pinellas Park Police with the video. Additional work by the owner and Detectives resulted in the "real tag."

I was at the briefing and recall that this was acknowledged and Steve openly thanked Pinellas Park for their work in front of the entire cast of characters in the room.

What's the beef here?
