    Who approved the A Form?

    Former Marine/Retired Cop gets tackled near Bayside thrown over the Seawall lands on the Rocks and the Offender gets charge with SImple Battery? BTW the victim was Transported to the Hospital with a Broken Ankle.

    Fire Rescue did not feel the injuries were bad enough for a transport. The victim could not walk with swollen broken Ankle.

    Who ever approve the A form is a zerooooooo should be written up for Neglect of Duty,loss in the Sauce.
