Another PBA denial results in “not guilty”

Once again, after the PBA refused its member legal assistance, the officer hired a real attorney and was acquitted. This was a simple case but too difficult for PBA attorneys.

    A Miami-Dade police officer, whose
patrol car wreck four years ago led to
the death of a man driving the other
vehicle, was cleared of any wrongdoing
    by jurors Thursday

Ask Officer Song and his wife about PBA support. The PBA was there everyday and supported the officer 100 percent. The SAO stated in open court that the PBA paid too much for the traffic expert which was paid 10K. 50 K would not be too much to exonerate our members. No other union can defend its members like we do.
