    Ethics Committee

Any news as to when Tony's case goes to the Ethics Committee? let's see if they try to stall the case until 2026. Plus no one posts on here anymore, great job LEO Affairs.

The case was already sent to the ethics commission. They are expected to recommend "removal" to the Govenor.

Sorry, I phrased the question wrong. Meant, when is the ethics committee expected to actually review the case? That lying criminal needs to be removed ASAP. He has completely destroyed the morale of the agency.

Wish we knew! It shouldn't take long to review it and come to the conclusion everyone knows is coming. The FDLE investigation was clear and concise documenting how many times Tony lied. Desantis said he was reviewing FDLE's report weeks ago but a 3rd grader can read quicker than this. Seems Desantis is dropping the ball AGAIN on Tony after failing to remove him when it was discovered Tony changed his name to hide his past. Everyone in Broward can tell BSO morale is at an all time low causing the residents to suffer.

DeSantis will react only when there is public pressure. We have to write him in Tallahassee. Posting notes to him here won't do the people of Broward County any good. When the pressure is felt, DeSantis will react either way.

Emailing results in not only delays, but ultimately no response from what I have heard.
