Here is a guy that was failing as a Sgt. in the interdiction unit at the airport. What does the genius 5th floor do, they put a second Sgt. in the unit to help him out administratively. Never been done before in a five man unit. Than he get double promoted to captain. His brain cell is still the same, he haven’t gotten any smarter. Now he will be acting colonel when Bennie leave to go to school filling in for him. Rumors coming from the 5th floor is that when the undersheriff Nicole leave Bennie will take her place and Jenkins will replace Bennie as colonel. This is a guy that came to the airport on his days off when Toney was leaving town so he can get some face time with him. This command staff is only about themselves. They don’t care about the agency or the employees.

Here's what I think, I believe Tony is setting BSO up for more failure after he gets the boot. He's knows once he's gone most of his fake at-will promotions will be terminated. What sucks for these people is they will have two choices, go back to deputy or be terminated. Oh well, good riddance!!!
