Ok get your facts straight…all the people with seniority are truly mad because they aren’t approving time off unless you have it in the bank. Yes, they also changed the way they approved Holidays. If you’ve been with the agency for 10+ years and have no time that’s on you. Quit your *****ing about everything under the sun and actually get off your asses and do something for a change, instead of running your mouths.

This is honestly the way it should be done. You should already have the time banked. All things being equal the one with seniority should get it off first but if the time off is requested far in advance the early bird should get the worm..... It is not complicated folks.
