Let’s wait for the trial and the termination appeal. I’m calling BS. Just because someone is handcuffed doesn’t mean they aren’t a threat. I’d like to put Fat George or the Arrogant Colonel in a cell with an agitated inmate in cuffs and see just how safe it is. The jail doesn’t house campers, they’re criminals and convicts. Heaven forbid someone get rough. And they wonder why people on the road don’t want to use force. Hmmm. I wonder.

The liberal administration has turned the jail into a summer campground, soft on inmates but hard on floor staff. It was bad enough the was it was but they made it worse. No wonder nobody wants to work there. People are leaving as soon as they can and recruitment is pathetic. Word spread it's a lousy workplace and there are much easier ways to earn a paycheck. The blame for creating this toxic work environment lies squarely with Bob Gualtieri.

The jail is now a horrible place to work. You have these commanders who’ve never really done their time on the floors making decisions about shit they really don’t know it’s all to try and keep the boss happy and them in their fat cushy offices. The staff shortage is bad and it is not safe for the staff at all unless you’re one of those that caters to the inmates

So if a deputy gets arrested for hitting an inmate, perp walk. If a deputy gets arrested for domestic violence, no perp walk, no press release, no news conference.

Bob treats the criminals better than his own deputies. He won’t allow criminals booking photos to be released because they can’t get a job but he will have a deputies booking flashed on the news without being convicted of any crime. When these charges are dropped, the deputy should be suing Bob.

It's all political grandstanding to enhance his own political career and reputation. He destroyed Knight's career, blackballed him from the profession for life, destroyed him financially, defamed him in public so he can't get a fair trial, and ruined his pension. Bob Gualtieri is not a cop or a sheriff, he is RINO politician who does not back his deputies, especially the ones who work at the jail.
