Get your head out of your rectum and understand that you can not accept anything less than a 7%,6%,5% pensionable raise and survive in south Florida with the hyperinflation that is now comming. The dollar store is now the $1.25 store , they are adjusting to 25% inflation already to try to survive and it's only November 2021.
