Please hire an AC that will help this agency out. One that will deal with a psychopathic Captain that is over patrol and enjoys stirring the pot all the time and is focused on finding things officers have done wrong and screwing with them. There is no positive communication with the Captain over patrol and will not be. Please hire an AC that is positive and actually wants to help officers out on the job- and make this place a positive work environment to work at. It's not that hard. We do not have this here now, and it is a terrible place to work for morale. Many have left and more are trying to leave.

You guys have to start taking action with USF HR. Posting on this site about problems that everyone who has or currently works at USFPD does absolutely nothing. You guys are police; gather real evidence, document it and bring it to the attention of the people that matter.
At this point, I’m sure the university is wondering why their police force is rapidly depleting. If administration is the problem, I’m sure the university will listen.
