My point exactly. If one of our officers is in an intensive care unit, the only thing anyone needs to be doing is organizing some form of help for he and his family. JRam - like I said before, may be many things, maybe he didn’t revolutionize police work. But he’s not a scumbag. He’s good people. Agree on Doobie too. She’s a skank and a drunk…good riddance. The demotion of Smith was also a positive, although she should have been terminated too. She’s the worst employee ever. While we’re at it, Chief Lopez should have fired and arrested the thug Lorvia Paul for threatening to shoot a group of students but the Lopez probably cut a deal with the fat slob Palacio to save her. We know that disgusting fat monster likes to try to look like he’s helping African American officers but her conduct was criminal. She’s another disgusting example of all that’s wrong here. Then the aggrieved officer has 20 days to appeal such adverse actions. The police bill of rights also protects Officers from scum like you. If he is incapacitated to the degree that he is no longer fit for duty, Since this agency has over 500 employees and it has accommodated thousands of disabled personnel, they must offer him an alternative under the federal ADA rules. Or, he can take short term disability or long term disability and if he is removed prior to to the above mentioned , his liberty interests, property rights and due process has been violated. The most important fact is that even if he was not disabled but his employer thinks he's disabled, they still have to comply. So in sum, I can tell you are a scum liberal Democrat like biden and kaka Harris who would fire loyal cops to push their bill gates poison jab. Everyone knows this and he’s not the only one to do this. We’ve had dozens, if not more, who have done the same here and we still have many, at every rank. Losers, dumb a s s e s, incompetence, racists, and every other unfavorable type, who hold ranks at SRO, sergeant, lieutenant, commander and major. This place is full of em’ and it reproduces and promotes them.
Not sure how JRam is doing physically, and really don’t care. That’s not to say this is any ill will wished toward him. But he’s one of many useless supervisors we have here and replacing him, and all of the others, sounds great!
The vets get insulted when they hear this, but they can’t handle the truth. Most of them suck. They’ve sat around this place for years and sucked. They think that just because they have time on the job, that they’re better than the new generation.

Well, here's a better idea be the great officer you wish to see, be the great supervisor you wish to see, be an axample. Why? Those who tear down orhers only do it to feel elevated . But it's all mental. In your mind by putting others down, Vets this, supervisors that, its all occurring in your perception because your not privy to what goes on behind the scenes. No one is all lazy and no one is all active. We all look through a subjective lens. But the illuminated soul judges no one nor circumstances for all if permissible but all is may not be beneficial.
