Amador had a lot of skeletons in her closet along with her 38 husband who drove her take home vehicle with police lights in them. And allegedly Dexter extorts money from Sgt’s and bullies them into paying him money to cover their shifts at 300 dollars a pop all while living in Hialeah housing.

Iris was the one that helped the Chief get his college degree. She did that while she was working in SIS. So while the other Sgt was busy supervising SIS, Iris would do the Chiefs online classes. That’s the reason she is where she is. The Chief uses people to his advantage and gives them good positions as a reward. But all that is coming to an end soon
