Look at Sarasota they are very happy with IUPA. If you don't believe this check yourself. Don't just sit there and listen to their BS hoping something sticks.
Breaking News!! FDLE kicks PBA out for good

Breaking News! FDLE kicks PBA out.
FDLE agents have had enough of PBAs shenanigans and non performance and kicked PBA out. In a resounding butt kicking nearly three to one, FDLE has ended their long time relationship and went FOP.
They cited cowardly and weak leadership among the PBAs as one of the reasons for leaving.
Currently there are approximately 10 agencies in the formal process of replacing PBA More agencies are in the beginning stages of switching. Although not a big fan of FOP.

Key West officers are sure of one thing
When Key West police officers start their shift, they never know what awaits them when they hit the streets, but one thing they do know is that their association, and specifically it’s leaders, Steadman Stahl and David Greenwell, DOES NOT have their back.
They don’t believe in vigilantly and vigorously protecting the legal rights of KWPD police officers. That same lackluster attitude is seen when it comes to improving working conditions, salary compensation, pensions, and health insurance relief. You can say they pretty much don’t care about anything other than their own lavish PBA lifestyle that the membership pays for.

West palm beach police dumps pba

West Palm Beach Police-Very Happy we dumped PBA. We switched over to the Fraternal Order of Police last year. Just started our first official FOP contract and got a 10% raise. We were PBA for many many years, when they switched over to the sheriff's office, we got neglected. Went from #2 in the county in pay all the way to #18. Now in one contract we're back to #2 in starting pay.

We no longer have to ask PBSO union people about our city contract or beg them to make changes. We run our own union now.

    Best thing we ever did.

Does the FOP give you Olive Garden during the hurricanes because that is all the PBA is good for.
