PBA continues to lose Departments in record numbers.

Miramar PD was the latest Department to oust the PBA. Pembroke Pines, Hollywood PD have also begun the process to switch from PBA to either FOP or IUPA.
The PBA is no longer the premier organization it once was. They don’t defend the troops with any sense of care or priority. And, they have been using membership dues for their personal use instead of improving working conditions, wage increases, etc.
South Florida PBA has also lost better than half of long time employees as they tired of the mismanagement. Racism, and scandals that have plagued the organization

When NMPD police officers start their shift, they never know what awaits them when they hit the streets, but one thing they do know is that their association, and specifically it’s leaders, Steadman Stahl and David Greenwell, DOES NOT have their back.
They don’t believe in vigilantly and vigorously protecting the legal rights of North Miami police officers. That same lackluster attitude is seen when it comes to improving working conditions, salary compensation, pensions, and health insurance relief. You can say they pretty much don’t care about anything other than their own lavish PBA lifestyle that the membership pays for.
