Time for a union
Enough is enough. It’s time we get a union! It’s the only way to control the shenanigans and give some kind of standard for discipline, promotions and transfers. Of course the top will be against it, because they won’t be able to do half the non sense they do now. It will help tame some captains (SG) for one. It’s time we have someone fight for us because we all know if you aren’t drinking the look-aid you get the ax.

I agree 100%, SCSO needs a union. It won’t make a difference overnight, but hopefully in the future it makes things more fair to those who get railroaded for no reason. Not to mention pay and medical benefits.

It is much more satisfying to expose them. But how? We know that complaints wont help, the brass sticks together. There is one guy, independent media, goes by the name of Rogue Nation audits on youtube. Exposes government corruption, also seems to have a few inside guys in departments around the south east. I have emailed him before, he will expose any evidence you have and keep you out of it. Last i heard he was working on another FHP story. here is his email patriotdiscussions@gmail.com

We definitely need a union something has to change. Especially with VCSO signing their new labor agreement. Its mind blowing that they pay more then us now.
