Rebozo was protecting them so he could continue to get all the off duty he wanted. It is the mafia clic over here. And even with him gone and Delgado to they passed it to the new guy. Now you have to kiss his ring to get the jobs. Of course brass is first.

He should have been 39 for doing pools on duty with county equipment. Using water and sewer equipment to dig out pools. Not to mention all the 54 he did to those same people. I was in the bureau at the time of the investigation and it was swept under the rug
