Sure. Past performance is a strong indicator of future performance. He is and always has been easily excited and sounds out of control on the radio no matter what he gets out with. That was true as a deputy and is still true as a corporal. That means that he is scared and cant control his emotions when the shit hits the fan. That's bad a as a deputy.
