Question Who or what is Q?

    Mod 1,

If discussions by LEOs about Q are prohibited at leoaffairs, please post a statement to that effect – and no Q posts will be made. It is understood that leoaffairs is no longer owned and operated by a sworn officer, but it was sold to a global MSM corporation (click here: Bright Mountain, LLC).

    Thank you.

    Q Discussion:

Why are so many patriots following Q? Below is a video that explains who and what Q is doing – and where the “State of the Nation” is in history. The video is banned on YouTube, so it is hosted at a non-MSM controlled website, to prevent censorship. You will need a copy of a U.S. Military manual called the “Law of War” to understand the “Q proofs” that are presented in the video. A video to the manual is provided below.

    Links:

Your prayers are support are needed for what is coming and for the preservation of your Republic. Specifically, pray that God’s divine hand guides and safely orchestrates the coming restoration of the Republic – and the reversal of the Marxist coup. Nazi/Communist cells (aka ANTIFA) may resist with violent, bloody, preplanned attacks. However, ANTIFA riots are not lawful grass roots uprisings, but instead, they staged preplanned events that are orchestrated by Marxist cells.

    God bless:
    • Q+
    • Q patriots (both military and civilian)
    • The United States
    • The Constitution and the Republic for which it stands!
    • The American people

Nothing can stop what is coming.

FBI raids Rudy Giuliani's home and office – agents ordered to seize all electronics, but refuse to take hard drive of Hunter Biden

The agent took my word for it – and he did not impound it. How does the agent know if the hard drive did or didn’t have any evidence against me? He just too my word for it?

Mod 1, has leoaffairs ever been asked or subpoenaed for the ISPs of people who clicked on posts or threads? Can you please clarify for your readers?

    By the numbers:

    1. DAILYMAIL articles allow readers to make posts underneath the articles.
      .
    2. A DAILYMAIL poster(s) made an online comment(s), which an FBI agent finds suspicious.
      .
    3. The agent subpoenaed DAILYMAIL to identify ISP posters.
      .
    4. LEGAL ISSUE: Are online responsive comments or opinions about media articles protected under the First Amendment? Or can the government subpoena a webmaster to identify responsive posters?

According to Mod 1, LEOAFFAIRS was one of the first test cases in Florida. DAILYMAIL may have to contact LEOAFFAIRS for a legal brief. This is a rehash of Constitutional issues ... again:

    • In the 1700s, the King of England did not like many of the comments that were being published in the American media. Specifically, the king found them to be incriminating.
      .
    • Today in the 21st Century, the FBI does not like many of the comments that are being published in online media. Specifically, an FBI agent(s) finds them to be incriminating.

In 1791, the Framers of the U.S. constitution established the Fourth Amendment to protect the privacy of people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government because "the rights of the many outweighs the needs of the few." The rights of the people outweighs the needs of the government.

    • It is better to let ten guilty people go free, than to convict one innocent person. – William Blackstone in 1765

    Gag orders

You can also put a gag order on a subpoena. For example, if I subpoena Dailymail.com for your ISP information, then I can put a gag order on it, which prohibits Dailymail.com from telling you that a subpoena has been issued for your information. However, if that was done with Dailymail.com, then they obviously don't care because they published a story about the FBI's subpoenas. LOL

No we have never been asked for nor subpoenaed for IP addresses of readers of posts or threads. We have only ever been asked or subpoenaed for IP addresses of posters. Which the other poster indicated we were a leader in case law in this area.

The Sheriff of Hillsborough County did not like some comments some anonymous"deputies" were making about a case and subpoenaed us. He won at the circuit court level. But we won at the DCA level without comment, which left him nothing to appeal to the Florida Supreme Court.
