    RIP Sgt. James Serrano

    28 years of service with the agency and 20 years in the US Navy. One of the good guys. He retired in January, 2021 and passed away recently at age 57. Very sad.

    Yea he was. Worked with him as deputies in the mid 90s. Always had a smile on his face.

    The real reason that we can't have the Ten Commandments posted in a
    courthouse is this: You cannot post "Thou Shalt Not Steal," "Thou Shalt
    Not Commit Adultery," and "Thou Shall Not Lie" in a building full of
    lawyers, judges and politicians...It creates a hostile work environment.
