    How many of you supervisors are breaking this law every day? You know, when you spread your wings for that mythical promotion? When you crawl over your own peers to brown nose the high command and politicians in hope of a scrap? When you lure young officers to your squads and bureaus in hope of a run in the sack? When you discipline employees for minor infractions and you look the other way when politically connected slugs commit the same offense? When you micro manage the overtime of employees you do not like only to hand it to your “favorites”?
    If you asked most people, it is you, supervisors, who break this rule every day. You would like this site to be shut down so you can continue to cover up your corruption but here you are, reading it all... good.
