False arrest
https://www.sun-sentinel.com/local/b...4ja-story.html
BSO seems to have a problem making false arrests of their employee’s. They need to be punished harshly once and for all to make a statement about violating rights and disparate treatment and false accusations of their employees. This woman and everyone else they have falsely arrested needs to be compensated millions of dollars. This bullsh!t won’t stop until they get spanked hard. And the spanking should not just apply to the agency but also any deputies who participate in these bad arrests. The courts need to send the message.

That was during fuhrer Lamberti. He was having people arrested to look like he had a lot of integrity. What was it? Pride in Service with Integrity. Then he had all those dirty guys like Benjamin in charge of I.A., who were arrested. All the deputies who serve their community have all our respect. Serving under a political environment that the prime interest is serve service and they still serve. Money can be made many different ways, but they choose to serve.
That lady and Haddad should be able to sue individuals, not just BSO.

Don’t tread on rights
Put yourself in this poor woman’s place. She did absolutely nothing wrong. And BSO in their infinite incompetence sent a team of morons to arrest her. All of them from the detective who wrote the warrant to the deputies who stupidly put the handcuffs on her are all liable for violating her civil rights. How would you like to be thrown in jail for a crime you never committed, because of an overzealous detective, or a buffoon squad of GI joe wannabes? or a corrupt administration? BSO should pay out a multi million dollar lawsuit for this so they never forget not to violate people’s rights. If they will do this to their own employees, they will definitely do it to you and your family.

The question of the day is why this case hasn't been resolved yet. It's costing the taxpayers way too much. I wish there was some system of checks and balances to prevent the blatant waste of money by an elected person.
