That’s total crap it’s going to go by seniority regardless. Read your PBA contract and put it to use once and a while. You people like to b*tch and complain about the division violating the contract and doing things like this. However very few of us hold the division accountable when they do violate the contract. Maybe if more agents had what it takes to file grievances and stick together to hold the division to the contract this might not be happening.

Your forgetting that before they reclassify the 4 captains, there eliminating the vacant spots so that means there reclassifying 4 of the current captains only leaving two.

Those jackets have Velcro patches so they can be worn by sworn or non. Same with the hats.

Well the budget just stopped all this madness. After crunching the numbers ABT just can’t afford it. The new ISII shirts and pant cost way too much. Since most of those lazy agents will will need a 52 inch waist pants and a xxxxxxxxL shirts. The cost is out of control.
