Thoughts on Crawford's changes?
What are everyone's thoughts on the changes he's done? Good? Bad? Indifferent?

I like some of the changes in personnel. The Colonel was a MAJOR (No pun intended) upgrade and a home run hire/appointment . Still too many “problems” hanging over from the old admin. There are also still too many people in certain positions who are not deserving. Hopefully in time they will be weeded out.
It it seems like the Sheriff is trying and is far better than the previous one. He has a tough job ahead of him.

It's nice to see Crawford out and about. He seems to be heading the agency in the right direction.

Dispatch
Someone really needs to look into dispatch and all the problems that were created under the current communication manager. She received her title to do Pervious majors dirty work. She would make people write incident reports on each other for fun and sit back and watch the drama so the spotlight wasn’t on her. He would have her discipline people months after incidents occurred and if she was scared of you she would cover up anything you did just so she didn’t have to say anything or to do the right thing. She would talk amongst dispatchers and and spread gossip just so no one would get along, what kind of management does that?

Well said. For years, they were protected by Eddie. This is the one area it seems Crawford hasn't addressed yet. Hopefully soon. They also need to address the constant screwups in there, the longer-and-longer length of time it's taking them to answer the radio, the constant "10-9?!?!" on crystal clear radio transmissions because they're watching TV or whatever, and the frequent laughing/joking when keying up.
