I dont know the answer to this question. And none of yall do either. But one thing we can fall back on is that in today's political climate, Tony is a ****roach. What does this mean? THis means that if a politician is a certain race, and aligns with a certain political spectrum, they will survive the worst of scandals. Just like a ****roach will survive the radiation from a nuclear war. Obama was untouchable but he was corrupt as they come. Couldnt lay a glove on him because noone would follow up on allegations. Over the years other black democrat politicians have been caught lying, living outside their districts, scamming the public, ignoring rules and making them up as they go, and nothing ever happens to them. Because democrat prosecutors, and white republican (rino) prosecutors dont want to get their names involved in going after a prominent black politician. Its easy to go after a murderer, a violent thug (as long as they arent in BLM) or someone other blacks might not be so eager to support, but not easy going after the blacks' leaders no matter how corrupt they are. And they tend to be corrupt in that they were brought up to see the system as an impediment to their "freedom". So what they end up doing whatever corrupt acts that they please because "I's gonna gets mines", and when the system calls them on it, they cry racism. And whites prosecutors run like pussies, and black prosecutors are as corrupt and maybe even more corrupt. See Baltimore, Chicago, the Bronx and now Broward County.

So Tony can piss all over the department, can piss all over convention, can piss all over the white broward residents because he is untouchable.

If this was the case he wouldn’t of hid out for 2 weeks & wouldn’t of hired $1500 per hour attorneys. Tony’s situation is all over the news. In his case it just takes one document to say he’s a convicted felon to make the media. The Florida Statue clearly says what it says, there’s no way to circumvent that. Will he be charged ify. He will be removed. As a matter of fact he still has not hired council for the most recent Israel lawsuit. To me that means there’s no need as he knows he done or no one is letting him pick from the money tree anymore.

Side note: FBI pulled his security clearance for a good reason that only Tony knows why
