He relayed to the Sergeant that he was not familiar with the area and wanted to ride two-person with a female officer. Again, he was a coward and wanted to hook up with the female officer. He was written up because he was arguing with the Sergeant and in front of the Lieutenant.

August 31, 1989 – ROC for lost pager
September 6, 1986 – 3-day suspension reduced to written reprimand. He was represented by PBA Attorney Doug Hartman. He had a verbal altercation with another officer, and it escalated to a physical altercation with the officer. During the incident he called the black female officer a “*****.” Both officers had to be restrained. PBA got a victory for him by reducing his suspension.
September 10, 1986 – ROC fail to attend pre-file conference
January 20, 1985 – Written Reprimand and he was represented by the PBA, PBA Representative Officer D. Ayers attended the disciplinary action interview with him. He was assigned to the Desk Operations Center. He approached the Corporal in the locker room and asked the Corporal, “What’s this bullshit, I’m working the Desk.” Corporal informed you were assigned by normal rotation and you began to shout at him, “You’re nothing but as asshole, a ****ing asshole and I’ll bury you.” He continued shouting obscenities and threats at the Corporal and shoved him into a row of lockers. He then broke chain-of-command and walked into the uniformed Lieutenant’s office and said, “Let me tell you about this guy.” He then in the presence of Lieutenant resumed the argument with the Corporal. He again questioned the assignment to the desk and had to be intervened by the Lieutenant. On January 24, 1985, he was relieved from duty pending this misconduct and returned to duty on February 11, 1985. He was reassigned to Communications Bureau during this period from the Northwest District.

YOU BE THE JUDGE. DO YOU WANT THIS 13 YEAR RETIREE REPRESENTING YOU?
HE DOES NOT SEND ATTONEYS FOR YOU AS HE CANNOT AFFORD IT, SO HE HAS TO DO IT HIMSELF. There is no attorney/client privilege with him.
HIS HAS A VICE PRESDIENT WHO IS NOT AND WAS NEVER A LEO. HIS VP WAS A ROLLER DERBY CHICK.
HE FORGETS TO ATTEND HEARINGS FOR OFFICERS. AS HIS RECORD REVEALS, HE COULD NOT EVEN REMEMBER TO ATTEND COURT. OFFICERS ARE BEING ASKED QUESTIONS AND THEY HAVE TO STEP OUT EVERY MINUTE TO CALL HIM BEFORE THEY ANSWER.
PLEA MEMBERS HAVE BEEN ASKING HOW MUCH HE IS PAYING HIMSELF AND HE REFUSES TO TELL THEM. HE WAS A COWARD TO DO THE DROP AND IS SUCKING MONEY OUT OF PLEA.
THE LAST SHOOTING PLEA WAS CALLED FOR WAS THANSGIVING DAY 2018. OFFICER WAS FORCED TO RESIGN AFTER HE WAS DEEMED RECKLESS AND PLEA NOW IS STUCK WITH THE CIVIL LAWSUIT.
PLEA HAS CAPS THAT EXECUTIVE BOARD HAS TO SET A LIMIT TO SPEND ON THEIR MEMBERS AND MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DIFFERENCE.
THE LAST LEO PLEA REPRESENTED WAS DECLARED AS INDIGENT AND SENT TO THE PUBLIC DEFENDERS OFFICE. PLEA COULD NOT AFFORD THE CASE.
IF YOU WANT TO TALK TO AN ATTORNEY YOU HAVE TO TALK TO DAN FIRST AND HE WILL DETERMINE IF YOU CAN EVER TALK TO ONE. THEN HE SET A DOLLAR AMOUNT LIMIT.

These are the facts. Every 15 minutes he must stalk this site and make up threads. I think he is up to 250 threads. I guess he has time on his hands

I don’t know the guy but you seem to have the same amount of time as you constantly respond.
