    Corruption

Lots of Zephyrhills citizens have woken up and realized the ongoing corruption that continues at the department. The community FB page is spewing all the complaints and dirt. The corrupt Captain has finally been disciplined for using his agency vehicle for personal use, however that's only a minor violation. The corrupt Captain has been criminally investigated by the Sheriff's office on numerous occasions and City Hall continues to look the other away with disciplining him, along with the Chief because they're afraid the BLM terrorist group will come to the city and riot for him. It's evident the Chief sent his message to his officers a fewmonths ago that he doesn't have their backs the day he kneeled during a protest to show solitary for the BLM terrorist group infront of the media!!

Well it’s been that way since the fat golden boy arrived at ZPD. He never had to start at the bottom, was given rank because he inflated his resume and no one checked it. He is as fake as a fictional character in a movie!!! Time for the council to see out the PD like they did the fire Dept!!

Captain holds corrupt cops accountable and then gets bashed for being corrupt because he did his job. Real corruption is committing battery on a handcuffed person and being allowed to go to Hernando instead of being terminated and arrested. God bless the ZPD and RR.

He holds corrupt cops accountable? What are you smoking? He battered a Detective on duty, grabbed his tie in front of witnesses, left his gun in a Pe office, coached football on the clock, stuck his handgun in a persons face, lied to SO investigators ( using the RACIST card), and used department issued vehicles for personal use. I don’t see how he’s a saint! Pretends to be a man of God, but we used to have another Capt who was a flipping preacher who lied Monday-Friday, and yelled at sinners on Sunday! Keep up the great acting job RR!!

Hernando obviously thought it was BS or they wouldn’t have hired said person. Zpd is the only agency that sets its offices to a higher standard than the brass.

RR. What goes around comes around.

If a officer does something wrong, everyone knows it, but if the brass violates policy, like no IA investigation over RR gun incident , they go silent!Guess when you investigate each other the facts seem to be hidden! Like when RR went to a scumbags house to ask him if he wanted to make a complaint about two officers, whom the brass wanted out. RR got him to make one which cost the citizens of Zephyrhills $200,000+! Brass gets away with violating rights, but they have no integrity so nobody calls them out. The current chief was involved in the same similar scam to get another officer fired for not taking a burglary report, guess DB helped RR in this investigation.

Guess Chief is going to finally have to give up his dispatch center. The SO will get to hear the keystone cops operate.GPS will be monitored by the county, guess the brass better change their ways. 🤣🤣
