What do you expect with our chief. He’s a joke so now we are a joke

We have an entire command staff with no organizational experience. None of them have been out of patrol.

When was COB in DB ? Never as a detective? Being there with rank isn't the same.

Sounds like this could be a Homicide detective trying to divert attention off themselves. Not sure about the whole department, but homicide definitely isn't what it used to be. They are worthless.

If someone would like to commit the less than perfect crime. Hollywood is the place. HPD Homicide detectives couldn't solve one even if they witnessed it. Of course they would tell you that they know who did it, "we just cant make an arrest".

Hollywood's homicide unit are useless. Lets go back to the Adam Walsh case, they had the suspects vehicle yet somehow it was "Lost".
LB did nothing in the unit but rack up OT for his pension. SS is clueless.

SS dosent have a sane estimate of his capabilities. Should have been transferred long ago. One of the "Boys"

SS is,and has always been, a legend in his own mind! Back in the day, when Wadsworth couldn't solve a case, he would spend hours and hours in the 3rd floor bathroom sh#tting himself in frustration.
